  The Wilmington Coffee Passport is your guide to exploring the best local coffee shops around town. Each coffee shop in the booklet has a featured page showcasing what makes them special, along with a drink recommendation or two. Just visit each participating shop, purchase a drink or snack, and ask them to stamp your passport. Once you’ve collected all your stamps, you’re eligible for a piece of exclusive Wilmington Coffee Passport swag!

• 🛒 How do I purchase a passport booklet?

  You can order directly from our Shop page. Just select the “Wilmington Coffee Passport,” choose your quantity, and complete checkout.

• ☕ Which shops participate in the program?

  We feature a curated list of 26 local coffee shops, each offering something unique. For the full list and map, check out our Coffee Shops page. We update the lineup periodically to keep things fresh!

• 📦 What’s included in the swag reward?

  The reward changes periodically and is always something fun to celebrate your journey. Past rewards have included exclusive mugs, hats, gift cards, and limited-edition apparel.

• 💸 Is there an extra cost to get stamped at each cafe?

  There’s no extra fee to get your passport stamped. Simply make a purchase – typically a drink or snack – and kindly ask the barista to stamp your booklet.

• 📅 Do I need to visit the shops in a specific order or by a certain time?

  Nope! You can visit the shops in any order and on your own schedule. There’s no expiration date – just complete the passport when you’re ready.

• 🎁 How do I claim my reward?

  Once you’ve completed your passport, simply mail it back to 152 N FRONT STREET SUITE 84, WILMINGTON, NC 28401 along with your return address. We’ll send your reward directly to your door!

• 📬 When will my passport ship?

  In general, passports are shipped within 1–2 business days of placing your order. If you haven't received your passport within a week of placing your order, please reach out.

• 👯 Do you offer group or bulk discounts?

  We do! For bulk orders, events, or team-building packages, reach out to us at sales@wilmingtoncoffeepassport.com and we’ll hook you up.

• 🌍 Can I participate if I’m just visiting Wilmington?

  Absolutely! The passport is a great way to explore the local coffee scene while you’re in town. There’s no time limit, so you can even take it home and finish it on your next visit.
